Idk why anyone would think this merits more than one star. As others have pointed out, it merely tells you either where the carrier is, or where the exchange is located. My cell phone has a number from a city 50 miles away from where I live, and thats the city this apps "exhaustive search" will tell you about.

Love this app, I am always getting long distance calls and this allows me to know where they are from.

Just purchased this app to try and find my daughters phone and every number I searched for kept sending me to the same location. Very upset even if its only 99 cents!

Not sure what this app is supposed to actually do but it didnt even remotely live up to any high standard. Thats .99 cents Ill never get back. Dont waste your time!!!

You can do the same thing off of your maps by typing in the area code that shows up on your number. If someone calls you and you dont know who it is this will tell you the town just like it will in your maps not worth the time not worth a dollar

Does not tell you anything worth while! Info is crap! I wanna know where the call is coming from not where the number originated when it first was activated on a network and which provider...
